WELL-BEING RESOURCES

REQUEST A RECWELL PROGRAM

Are you a VCU student, faculty, or staff? Want to learn more or dive deeper into a specific topic area? RecWell has a whole menu of programs that we can adapt to meet your group or organization's needs.

At RecWell, our Health Promotion team, including our Peer Health Educators, provides education and support on a variety of topics that we know have an impact on the well-being of our students and entire VCU community.

Being well is an ongoing journey that is all about the small, daily choices we make and the habits we form. It is also about health equity and making sure everyone has access to the resources they need. Well-being is a community effort, and we all need some help and support along the way. That’s why we are here.
