Condom Concierge Form

Condom Concierge Order Form

Access the Condom Concierge Order Form.

RecWell's condom concierge is a free resource for VCU students to gain access to barrier methods of birth control, including external condoms, internal condoms, dental dams, and even lube. Students can request up to 10 items per week.

Before submitting your request, please know that orders are only filled on certain weekdays of each week. Orders submitted over the weekend may take additional time as our office is not open to fill requests. You can find your order at the equipment check out window near the four court gym and group exercise studios. You will need to provide your V# to pick up your order during Cary St. Gym Hours of Operation.

If you have any questions, please contact us at

All enrolled VCU students can use the program for personal needs.

Registered student organizations requesting sexual health products for a program can use the form too!

Please note that once your order is complete, you will be sent an email through your VCU email address. Due to the volume of requests we receive, this can take a few business days though we work to fulfill orders ASAP. Order pick-ups are located at Cary Street Gym!
