SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level or learn a new skill, we have a variety of small group training courses that are perfect for any level and experience. Most small group training courses take place for six weeks in total and meet twice a week. Our instructors and trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you achieve your goals, and have fun while doing it! Summer Sweat Flyer

Summer Sweat Series

Get your sweat on with Summer Sweat Series. This group will work with a Certified Personal Trainer to learn the foundational methods of cardio and resistance training and program design. You will start with fun circuit style workouts throughout the Cary Street Gym. Your trainer will use everything from medicine balls, plyometric boxes, ladders, strength machines, resistance bands, cable stacks, free weights and more to build your skill and knowledge of proper technique and progressions. Start achieving your goals through knowledge and strength!
