
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level or learn a new skill, we have a variety of small group training courses that are perfect for any level and experience. Most small group training courses take place for six weeks in total and meet twice a week. Our instructors and trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you achieve your goals, and have fun while doing it! Fall 2023
Women+ On Weights
A Certified Personal Trainer will teach you the foundational methods of resistance training and workout design. You will start with basic movements in the FitZone at Cary Street Gym to build confidence and progress to the rest of the fitness floor for more advanced exercise. Each week you will learn about new equipment and exercises so you can feel confident in the weight room. You’ll use strength machines, resistance bands, cable stacks, and free weights to build your skill and knowledge of proper technique and progressions. This program is open to women, and individuals who are non-binary and/or gender non-conforming.

Ram Power Challenge
RecWell’s Ram Power Challenge will allow you to test your strength by completing your 3 main power lifts, squat, bench press and deadlift. Never tried these before? Have no fear, our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you through each exercise. After learning the basics, each participant will have 2 chances to test their strength on each lift. Explore your strength and step up to the bar!
