SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level or learn a new skill, we have a variety of small group training courses that are perfect for any level and experience. Most small group training courses take place for six weeks in total and meet twice a week. Our instructors and trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you achieve your goals, and have fun while doing it! Ram Power Challenge - Sunday, January 29

Start the year off meeting your biggest fitness goals. RecWell’s Ram Power Challenge will allow you to test your strength by completing your 3 main power lifts, squat, bench press and deadlift. Never tried these before? Have no fear, our personal trainers and fitness floor attendants will guide you through each exercise. After learning the basics each participant will have 2 chances to test their strength on each lift. Explore your strength and step up to the bar.


RecWell Relays - Sunday, February 12

Grab your friends and come out to RecWell Relays. This event will challenge your cardio and muscular endurance through our favorite field day format, a relay race. You can sign up as a team of five or individually. Compete by completing five exercise challenges for time.
