Swimming for Fitness Spring 2023
This class is for swimmers who are looking for a structured workout. The Swimming for Fitness program is designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals. These classes are led by experienced instructors aiming to meet individual swimmers’ needs. Participants should know three competitive strokes: front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, and be able to swim a minimum of 50 yards of both freestyle and backstroke before enrolling.
This course is also available for academic credit through the Recreation & Wellness minor.
Dates: Wednesdays, January 18 - May 3, 4:00 p.m. - 4:50 p.m.
