Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level or learn a new skill, we have a variety of small group training courses that are perfect for any level and experience. Most small group training courses take place for six weeks in total and meet twice a week. Our instructors and trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you achieve your goals, and have fun while doing it!
